General Description

Ivociel Archiving allow to create a library for sharing information.Library in which you can manage the access right.

You create and organize all the folders and sub-folder based on your company hierarchy.You can insert any files(sounds,images,word etc).

The software displays the order of the folders based on the creation date.

When a user is connected a all the created folders are displayed therefore he's aware of the new documents.
