When you subscribe, you can follow all of your invoces on a detailed table, paid bills, bills to pay and consumptions.
An invoicing in two clear stages.

When you subscribe to a software you are charged for the initial period which you chose.

At the end of every month you receive possibly a recapitulative invoice of the supplementary consumptions of the month (subscription of new users, subscription in the maintenance, etc.).
Even when one month is not ended you have the possibility of showing the outstanding discounted bills. This outstanding discounted bill is updated as soon as you change an aspect of your subscription (creation or deletion of a user, sending of e-mail, etc.).
